Tri State Chapter Treasurer
1. The Treasurer and Financial Secretary shall work closely together to maintain the account books of the chapter and complete an annual financial report each year
2. They are responsible to provide a financial report at every meeting subsequent to an event
which shall also include information regarding any funds owed the chapter including returned checks and associated fees.
3. They are responsible to complete and provide the Association with the CURFIS reports when due.
4. The President shall set up an auditing committee made up of at least 3 persons to audit the books of account at the end of each fiscal year. This audit committee shall consist of non-officers.
